Tim’s Drunken Sauces and Rubs began with a love for BBQ and late-night wood smoking during the pandemic. What started as a backyard hobby turned into a food trailer, traveling across New Hampshire and winning over fans with bold sauces and rubs. After a year in Durham’s food truck park, we opened a downtown restaurant to serve locals and students alike.

I have been to Tims on multiple occasions and the pulled pork tacos are one of the most amazing meals ever. The pork and all the fixings is one of the most perfect bites of food ever! A definite must try?

I had the pulled pork sandwich, and my wife had the brisket sandwich. Both were fantastic! Super flavorful, great bark, and deep smoky taste. It's really delicious. Couple all of this with smiling, friendly service, and you've got a winning meal!
